Who we are
Tenvias was founded in 2023 with one goal: to give regulated industries and public administration dependable software — without the fluff.
Small, focused, international
Instead of a large consulting machine, we run an experienced core team in Recklinghausen that owns every project itself — from the first workshop to live operations.
For delivery we work closely with two long-standing partners: a 20-person team in San Miguel de Tucumán (Argentina) and a partner with more than 100 developers in Istanbul (Turkey). That lets us scale capacity without losing a high quality bar or stable points of contact.
AI agents shape our work on two levels. In our own engineering we work agent-assisted — from research and architecture through implementation to reviews and tests. That shortens lead times and creates room for the substantive decisions. At the same time, we build systems for our customers in which specialised agents take over tasks autonomously — controlled, auditable and integrated with their core systems.
